Nah dude. The vaccines are totally experimental gene therapy. All the doctors and scientists are totally lying to the public, and only a fringe minority of definitely not crazy people are speaking truth to power on this. Billions totally haven't taken the vaccines with no ill effects. Doctors definitely haven't investigated the side effects. It's definitely gene therapy even though it never binds your DNA.

Fukking lmao….purebloods proven correct once again. There is no vaccine for Covid, only treatments that temporarily decrease your immune response before temporarily increasing your immune response….all while exposing you to the potential for all kinds of negative side effects.

True. The mRNA shots aimed at cancer are supposed to have a bit of preventative effect, but are also to be used as treatments after getting diagnosed. Calling them vaccines seems more like a marketing strategy. Traditional vaccines could have been on the market just as quickly for Covid, but insistence on mRNA shots was a huge proof of concept trial for mRNA shots in humans. Fingers crossed on the cancer mRNA shots.

New Covid boosters aren’t better than old shots at neutralizing omicron BA.5, early studies find

Scientists at Columbia and Harvard, in two independent studies, found that the new Covid boosters don’t trigger a better response against omicron BA.5 than the old shots.

The studies are small and preliminary, but they suggest boosters might not be much better at preventing infection and mild illness.

But the new boosters appear to produce at least as good an immune response as the old shots, which means they’ll still increase protection this fall and winter.

I wonder if the exact same pattern will follow with the bivalent boosters:

-more likely to get infected for 2-3 weeks immediately after the jab
-less likely to get infected for 2-3 months after
-the protection drops to negligible after month 3
-by month 5 or 6, the boosted are more likely to have a symptomatic infection than unvaccinated
-when infected significantly more boosted people take longer to recover than the unvaccinated


Early data seems to suggest these new jabs will follow the same pattern.

Cliffs: Boosters are resulting in antibody-dependent enhancement of the virus, and we don't know for how long afterward.

The CDC, in a real-world study, found the omicron Covid boosters areless than 50% effective against mild illness across almost all adult age groups when compared to people who are unvaccinated.

But people who received the boosters were better off than those who only got the old shots, with their protection increasing 28% to 56%.

The study did not look at hospitalization, but experts believe the shots will provide strong protection against severe outcomes.
