How often should I laugh when talking to women?

I notice I laugh frequently when talking to women and it works well to give me friendly vibes. Sometimes they'll mirror me, laugh, smile and be more comfortable. But I wonder if this is working against me? Maybe they start thinking I'm beta, they have less respect, they feel more pity or superiority ..? Also I often get mistaken for being younger than I really am, maybe the friendliness makes me seem more childlike..?

Is it better to tone down the friendliness and go with a more serious, I'm the boss, you need to prove yourself to me vibe?
