I've had a hard time uploading any files from my computer to bb.com, and this problem persists. Yes, I've checked to make sure that the file type is supported and that it's within the size constraints. Oh well.
The main thing I would worry about for them is length of life. Moreover, inner quality of life. I'm sure they've adjusted as well as they can, but going home and getting sleep like a normal person for them, I would imagine, has got to be really difficult.
