Should I pay my rent today or wait until the 4-5th?

Just moved in, second month paying rent now

My realtor company won’t charge me a late fee until
after the 5th

Should I just have them get used to receiving my rent the 3-4th or should I pay it today?

Does it even matter? Aslong as I don’t receive a late fee I’ve technically never been late on rent

Always LOL @ threads calling out rentcels at the start of the month when I pay my rent halfway through the month.

With regards to paying late. I've paid a few days late out of laziness a few times but tbh it's a scumbag move. Just have an automatic thing setup and pay it on time.
