Am I 20% bodyfat yet? (pic)

Been cutting for the past 2 weeks but I slipped up and ended up eating 4000 calories yesterday (5 burgers and fries at McD late at night after my regular meal).

6'0 and 196 lb at the moment.

Please tell me I'll be alright.

People in real life could ID you just by your rare tat placement, not even the tats themselves. But luckily you gave us a nice hint with the black pec tat. We all know its oceanic tribal design around the hips brah, no one gets their kids faces or some lame quote on their hips.

Anyway, yes you are for sure sub 20%, but 196 with that upper body? You must have some horse legs down there.

I'm too fat to take off my shirts irl so I'm not worried. I did olympic weightliftting for years. High bar squat PR is 475 lbs and power clean 315 lbs. I have gigantic legs and ass.

Id say you are sub 20. Honestly you look great compared to your average dude but your muscle insertions arent the best for aesthetics.

100% no doubt about that. High lat insertion and also chitty chest insertion. Probably why I never bothered too much with bodybuilding exercises and always focused more on powerlifting, oly weightlifting, and MMA style of training haha.

I mean I love to make approval seeking threads frequently but I've made ~1000 posts since 2009 while you made close to 7000 posts since 2014. So you are correct. I've probably been living a stronger life than yours.

It's funny that you think post count is a metric for having a life, it isn't like i have an excessive post count now, is it?

Despite having 'more posts' than you, i don't show signs of mental fracture and deep seated insecurities as you do, i'd rather be me.

Also, honestly the truth is nobody knows how many posts you have, since you've shown you're quite happy to delete your threads and posts when things dont go as you want and your fragile ego is bruised. STRONG.
