Weird, I had multiple surgeries the last 18 months, missed 6 weeks and 4 weeks of work and never missed a paycheck.
Plus my body's not broken down from work, I don't smell when I come home, I don't need a shower after work, I don't have to wear my name on my shirt, oh and I make 4x+ the typical tradie wage.
But you enjoy the trades OP!

Respect the trades, but know my skillset is better at the strategic level.
Not sure why a lot of people look down on tradesmen. A lot of businesses would collapse without them.

And my typical day is 75% meetings advising, making decisions, and 25% work time were I think about the best way to position the business strategically.
And I’ve posted here many times about my respect for tradies since I can’t do anything like that myself. I was simply trolling the OP since he posted a lol if you’re not in the trades. Love me some tradies. Heck I need a fence built, new roof, and an addition within the next year. Big fan of tradies.
