Rate french toast casserole/10
Had some french bread leftover so made a 3rd one. Made 2 last night with bacon and scrambled eggs on the side for company...breakfast for dinner.

Recipe if anyone wants to try:
6 eggs
1 1/2 cups milk
teaspoon vanilla
1/4 cup sugar
mix the above and put to the side
a little over 1/2 loaf of french bread cut/cubed (throw in the mixture above and coat the bread)
after that's done pour into a 9x13 greased baking pan
topping:
4 tablespoons of melted butter
3 tablespoons brown sugar
mix together and pour over the top of your french toast mixture.
Bake on 425 for 30 min.

sounds pretty low on the wet ingredients
I use like 8 egg yolks and 4 whites and 1 cup mix of calorie free creamer and real low cal creamer and thats for 4-5 pieces of french toast
you gotta let that chit get soaked and custardy, bready french toast is bleh
just my critique possibly to make it yummier as it looks a little dry too
dont kill me

Damn, that looks so amazing, I'd smash the whole thing after work and sleep like a baby.
Short cuts to success are often paved with lies.

5/10/16: Finally back to lifting, light but improving.
