Xbox doesn’t have any new big budget “aaa” games this year. But grounded, pentiment, and as dusk falls are all new ip’s this year. Grounded reviewed really well. As dusk falls reviewed fine. And pentiment will probably review well based on its previews.

I mean if you really want to get into it, I think it's pretty clear how Xbox and Playstation are completely different brands with completely different goals and strategies. Xbox isn't even really a console oriented brand anyways, it's more of an overall gaming division for Microsoft as a whole, which includes PC gaming and streaming apps for phones and smart TV's and so on. GamePass has probably become one of their main products by now as important as anything, it's basically the service that they have everything centered around now a days. Their goal isn't to sell as many consoles as possible, heck they are admittedly taking the biggest loss on every console sold. Everything they're doing is a part of their bigger goals and exclusivity is simply not something they want to focus on as a selling point.

Sony on the other hand is far more concerned about exclusivity as that sort of ties in with their status as movie and music producers, and having a lineup of media they can claim is theirs is clearly very important to them. That and Sony has traditionally been an electronics hardware focused company, so hardware sales is always going to be a big priority of theirs. While they are branching out into PC these days, they still try to keep a lot of stuff unique to their hardware, and they really want people to be using their hardware if they want to use their services.

My take is simple, find what you like and enjoy it. I personally prefer what Xbox has been doing lately, and that's what I've been enjoying the most.
