I am lost as to what happened. And why did the cops let the shooter just run right past them and both go straight to the guy on the ground? Crazy thing all this was probably over an energy drink or something.

I think you lost someone there. They did the ole switcharoo on you and you didn't notice. They guy at the window shooting is the guy on the ground. The guy in the blue hoodie was shot at or was running invincibility mode and ran out of his car.

But it looked like the first guy walked up to the car shooting, then they guy in the car got out and started shooting back, dripping the first shooter, then ran off. Have seen this happen in LA but the police usually bust both shooters.

Yeah for all we know the guy getting his ass beat could be the victim, but once he chases after and fires into a closed vehicle he loses his rights. Can’t let adrenaline get the best of you even in that situation
