Increase hair growth and thickness
Inexpensive and simple:
Gelatin. You can buy Knox unflavored jello and mix it with water.
1 TBSP powder per day. Or you can get capsules, but I think drinking the knox + water is the best.

Since reading this thread j start adding a packet of unflavored gelatin my protein smoothies
Will report back with results, it’s only been a week so far
I think the lines are my forehead seem less pronounced, but it could just be the placebo effect so far
