Mortgage bill was paid by the renters days ago. I put the extra money leftover in the hardship fund. Hvac? Renters have to buy their own ac or heater. Electric bill is on renters name why should I worry about that. Pest control bill? If renters want to live with insects they could, not my problem they are filthy. Mold cleaning? If they want organisms in their lungs they are free to have them. Driveway? What renter gets driveway access unless they pay $300 extra.
