Proper diet and grooming and he's fine. Just a slob, looks like he eats like crap, poor muscle/fat ratio, zero confidence, posts on reddit, etc... fix some basic things, which is stuff we all need to be doing anyway, and he'd be on a much better path in life. Where is this man's father?
Realistically though, just on what we know about you here, you should not be looking down at this guy. We just went through his problem and it's a pretty simple solution (not saying he will fix anything, just that if I woke up tomorrow as this guy, in 12 months his situation would be drastically different).
However, in the case of Bodhy, the problems - and there are many - they run much deeper. There are no simple fixes for a tranny fuking, chit smearing fraud who lies about relationships with women to try and impress anonymous posters here, or who lies repeatedly about their education and begs people for $40 to fake a transcript to 'prove' his already exposed lies about it.

Life is not about looks. And not everyone will get to breed. You just have to move on and stop hating yourself. I find meaning in a grander mission now. My goal in life is to better humanity in some way. Haven't figured out how, but it is legacy that matters, and it doesn't have to be a genetic one. I have more respect for an incel that fights for something than one that sits around moping because he can't get laid. Life is about convictions. You have to live for something and strive for it, and in many ways, incels are unshackled from the chains of society. We are free to impose our will and advocate and go to great lengths to make it so since we have no permanent bonds and nothing to lose. That can be an advantage rather than something to lament. Focus your anger and hatred and use it to productive ends to shape the world around you. And it doesn't have to be becoming an incel terrorist and shooting up randos. There are people far more deserving of being shot.
