If you can EFFECTIVELY remove all plaque off your teeth twice daily with proper brushing and flossing technique, then skip the bull**** every 6 month cleaning period. If you are missing spots then that area will accumulate plaque, tartar and become diseased. plaque is a bacterial invader that causes disease, if its on the teeth for a long time its bad. Thats where most people fk up, they miss spots, their diet is ****, and they dont know how to remove everything and then they end up with 10 cavities and recessed gums.

I havent had a cleaning done in almost 2 years and i barely have any buildupp because i know what im doing. Problem is most people dont know what they're doing and they need constant check ups

also in my opinion, mouthwash is redundant if you know what you're doing
yeah my wife buys me the better electric toothbrushes and it goes for 3 minutes and I have read/learned how to brush in the right directions/methods to fully clean your mouth and tongue and use mouthwash after sometimes and use the dental pick flossers consistently and the right toothpastes.

I also absolutely HATE bad breath and having any sort of plaque in my mouth it disgusts me.

In my opinion, it is the GOAT for bad breath. never have i had bad breath when using this twice daily. have a little bit of it on the device you use to clean your tongue after you brush and try to go as far back as possible when brushing your tongue. your breath will be hnghh after
