Not sure what you mean.

Our brains are trained at an early age what to observe. Our experiences over time shape observations. We focus the most on what we deem significant, including threats (threats to your ideals/values and immediate threats). Anything you deem insignificant is ignored, which is why we forget our drive home from work, and forget or never recognize anything around us.

That said, observation and acknowledgement have to be deliberate. When “out and about”, start to observe everything around you, both very large (buildings, clouds, the earth…) and very small (plants, insect, all the small details). Flood your brain with observations and over time your brain with make physiological and psychological changes, literally shaping how your brain is structured and works.

“We become what we think about the most”. Think about everything, become diverse. Most of all, take in things around you in the moment. Its very freeing, and will change your perspective of many things

Why do you think they are judging you? Srs question. Most of the time we feel judged based on our insecurities or something we have done. Have you done wrong and feel guilty? Do you carry yourself in a way that people notice? Is it “good” attention or bad attention you’re getting? Do you feel paranoid? Is that paranoia projecting from you?

If you read this and get anxious or you are really struggling, getting help isn’t anything to be ashamed of.

realize that that is one of the biggest wastes of your life. When you are older or when you are dying you will probably be most upset about how much time you wasted caring about what other people think. Especially considering most people are just braindead NPC's only criticizing people who arent trying to become "part of the herd"

Understand that they are not thinking about you

You have to realize that you can basically do anything because no one gives a chit about you or your life

By thinking of other people you are literally a simp

Judge them before they judge you, and leave satisfied.

srs though random people won't be thinking that way (unless your walking around smeared in excrement or shouting out aloud to yourself, or doing something glaringly 'judgement worthy'). They will be preoccupied with their own dumb thoughts, like we all are.

That can be a sign of Schizophrenia.

Sometimes it's called "paranoia" and others "Ideas of reference" which means you think everything refers to you.

Whatever the case, many people probably ARE looking at you and judging, that is human nature, so now what?

What if they are?
