Start water-filtering if you're not already, imo that's like at least 50% of the problem

Edit: Also avoid plastics, avoid eating onions/soy/plant-protein, eat plenty of red meat, etc. Basically just websearch how to avoid estrogen and increase testosterone from some non-cucked source and do that.

Still going to be more than Gen z though. The Gen after is going to be all genderless by then. Test is on a rapid decline, then social engineering is pushing agendas. Just sad that there’s a Nickelodeon show that debuted a non binary character that says on the show their pronouns are they/them.

My wife and I have sex at least 3 times a week, and never have an issue there

bench seems to always be stuck around 205/210

I do BJJ 2 times a week

workout 3 times a week

I actually feel pretty good to be honest

HOWEVER

I can tell a difference ...I rarely wake up full mast hard on anymore and seem to only get that way for sex and nothing else

I do feel real energy depleted after being in the office all day (which being sedentary is probably a huge part of this issue)

alll the things you are describing have nothing to do with your test level, it is probably the other way around

Also that test isnt preventing you from getting a stronger bench lol, easy to blame things beyond your control rather than stupid thing you are doing wrong isnt it.

TRT crew checking in

bro, 200ml of Hi-C a week is too high. Just watch those blood counts.

If I drink 120ml of Hi-C a week my levels go supraphysiological. Most drink 100ml/week. srs.

Mirin'

I just hopped to a different clinic. Went from 140mg/week to 200mg/week with way better supporting compounds and I literally feel 100 times better. TRT is life changing. Are you going to an online clinic? (Ded fkn Srs)

Edit: BTW when your test levels go from 315 to 1200-1500 your hunger will dramatically skyrocket. I was literally eating 6-8k calories on some days, where I just couldn't control my hunger on some days. Especially after doing legs. My hunger has calmed down a lot. I'm almost 20 pounds heavier. I did put on some bodyfat, but not an insane amount. What helps keeping my appetite at bay now is only eating whole natural foods and eating 250-300 grams of protein a day. When on compounds your body partitions nutrients way more efficiently and is crying for protein.

why is it too high?

just saying something is too high arbitrarily is silly. If your blood levels are fine, you feel fine, you arent having any negative side effects, there is no reason to stop just because it is "above" natural top end levels.

Explain supporting compounds? I am roughly on 200/week but I don't respond great to it so doesn't out me past 1k

There is still a lot of unknowns in the world of hormones. The general thought process is that if they can keep you in the normal range, very little side effects or other problems are likely to arise. Once you surpass the normal range, the likelihood of side effects increases dramatically (acne, aggression, hair loss, etc.). Also, most doctors I've spoken to suggest that going past normal range increases the risk of other catastrophic ailments. There is some research (shaky research) that suggests it will increase the risk of prostate cancer.
You don't have to be great to start, but you have to start to be great.
