Going to try making my own pre-workout mix

Tired of supplement prices, once I run out of premixed pwo, I plan on making my own. Don't really know if it's worth buying into anything new or supping with anything else. My plan is to take

Coffee
5G Micronized creatine
3G Beta Alanine

Good stack? Anything I should add?

Daily supplements will be

Now multi
Fish oil
Gingko
Animal Flex
Vitamin D



Will I make it?

You should just get straight caffeine pills/powder, coffee only has like 100 mg of caffeine.

bad advice. I almost did that and died not knowing how potent and deadly caffeine is pure. It instantly destroys your organs with a teaspoon amount. Should not be sold to public.

Did you know you can drown in your bathtub? Not everybody is an invalid LMAO. Solution: weigh on your gram scale. If too retarded for that just get pills.

Also, have you checked out citrulline malate op? I went down a similar path years ago, ended up with a similar setup. Creatine isn't necessary in a pre, but it's convenient to stick in.

I make my own....

Its
1 scoop Beta Alanine(I think 3g)
1 scoop Taurine(I think 300mg)
1 scoop l-Citrilline
1 scoop Creating Monohydrate Micronized(5g)
2 scoops Guarana extrect(220mg caffine per scoop)

Just add like 4oz water and swish it around and swallow in one gulp. Kinda tastes like iced coffee from the Guarana. Gives me a crazy pump in the gym, and after 3 weeks my physique is significantly better. Wish I had started this a couple months ago.
