Should landchads get a blue checkmark on the misc?

Think of the benefits
-relatively easy to verify through a simple title search
-easy way of filtering which posts/threads you should pay attention to
-landchads can just raise the rent on their rentcucks to pay the monthly verification fee
-bb.com can use the monthly revenue to fix the search function
