A lot of twinks seem to believe that lifting slowy with bish weight builds muscle. They make every excuse to avoid increasing the weight because when it comes down to it, they're just pussies that don't want to put in the work.

No wonder they put on no muscle since lifting slowly with bish weight only puts on muscle if you're roiding.

Having said that, 225 x 10 for clean reps on bench is pretty solid for a natural (it's beginner level for juicers let's be real). Depending on an individual's goals, they don't necessarily need to get there so they just maintain what they have.
