Anyone from Colorado?

I'm moving here next month due to job transfer
Never been to colorado
Probably will move some suburb outside Denver

Can anyone give me some insights/tips so I can better prepare

if you go to an outskirt of Denver DO NOT move east, its cheap because its depressing and flat boring land and you will just have cold ass snowed in winters and not even see mountains and have to drive 20 minutes into town, its the most Cuck thing to move to colorado and go to eastern Denver suburbs.

If you can't see mountains from a window in your house you dun goofed.

Haha just joking. In all seriousness, Lakewood is probably one of the better places near Denver. It's west side of Denver closer to the mountains.

I lived in Boulder for 4 years and Frederick for 1 before moving to FLA now.

Its super expensive but I would've liked to live in Gunbarrel or Niwot. What is your budget?

Lyons is also a really cool town just in the mountains north of Boulder.

I almost bought a house in Lakewood. It was the last area of Denver where home prices hadn't yet gone up so drastically. This was in 2020
