Grip strength recovery time is annoying srs

Couple months ago could close captains of crush 1 for 12ish reps per hand and the 2 for one

now barely the 1 for 3-5 at best

No chit, broke my wrists and fractured some bones in my hand over a year ago, had wrist surgery, I'll prob never get my grip strength back

Riding an electric skateboard with some friends, the guy in front of me fell, so I bailed trying not to hit him, was following too closely. put my hands out to break my fall at 25mph, ****ed all my **** up. Broke 2 ribs too. Was outta work like 10 months.

I had wrist guards I ordered from Amazon arriving the next day too.. The fukkin irony

I noticed that while doing pullups on a slippery ledge with only a fingertip grip

A few weeks off of doing similar exercises and it was harder to hold on for a full set of slow reps
