For no reason I know constantly get suggested videos from him, I watched one interview with him. He’s a baldcel ******* fraud srs

Yeah you can hit the"Don't recommend channel" option under the video or the "Not interested" button. Within a few hours or a day they'll no longer show.

But if you're watching videos related to any manosphere stuff, 9 times out of 10 you're going to get Andrew Tate in your feed.
