There has to be a way to get that as a normie. Might be bs but ive seen some studies on a YT video where bros were cutting & worked out only legs. They ended up losing significantly more fat on their lowerbody than upper.
It could be worth a shot tryna cut and do some jaw excersises only.

I think a normie would just have to cut to low bodyfat if they dont have as good fat distrubution as him, getting lean will make everything pop out more, and they'd probably have to get some kind of jaw implants if they weren't blessed in that department. But honestly I'm not sure you can ever replicate that chit, the dude is just blessed.
