There's some easy things they could do immediatly.

1. Grow out their facial hair.
2. Get some sunlight and a bit of a tan
3. Grow their hair out and apply product and actually style it
4. Gym, get some mass because the neck in particular looks very elongated with the frame they have. It adds an extra dimension to the proportions.

Because they have a larger than normal forehead I think long hair could mitigate the inverted egg shape of the skull going on.

His hair parted to the sides and the shape of his cranium make it look like an anvil dropped on his head.

If he just got a different haircut that went up instead of out it would undo a lot of damage srs

After that, get a tan, clear the acne up, work out for a year and finish puberty.

Easy 6/10 after doing all that. The dude's not hideous, just literally everything he could do wrong he's doing wrong

I honestly think a short beard looks better - they seem to have a decent chin so there's that.

Yeah easy. Hes a 4-5 rn, doesnt even look that bad just sloppy.

Trim those eyebrows, clean fade, tan + 6 monts of lifting & neck workouts. Should be a 6 maybe a 7.
The haircut & eyebrows are the main drawbacks, fix those and he looks like a complete different person.
Lifting would make those big ol eyes not seem so big.
