It's almost as if the idea of 'intention' was not taught to these people? I know that I my own life, having good intentions is of utmost importance in life, no matter what you do.

What intention would these kids have if they consciously chooses to 'soak' as you call it, which is really an assisted masturbation technique, so more like a 'threesome' as it is called in the United States.

The root cause is biological and it's already been tried to mutilate young babies and even that doesn't stop people from wanting to have sex.
