Right now you have the FBI statements of "hack-and-leak" and "might." I am also curious as to why Twitter couldn't reach out directly to the FBI regarding the Hunter Biden laptop?

Both ******** and Twitter seem to believe the FBI issued a very vague heads up regarding hacked information from state actors. They didn't say anything about Hunter Biden's laptop. They also didn't instruct them to or not to disseminate the information even if it was hacked from a foreign actor (they gave them free reign to make the call on their own). Now Zuckerberg at ******** and others at Twitter didn't even recall the name Hunter Biden coming up from the FBI, except for 1 employee who seems to have recalled "some rumor" about Hunter Biden. That is a looong cry away from the FBI suppressing dissemination. Not saying it shouldn't be investigated - I think that's a good idea actually. But there are a ton of facts missing here and conclusions are being jumped to for some reason.

And if there is an investigation I would like 1 question answered - if ******** and Twitter were so engaged with the FBI, why didn't they just ask if they believed Hunter Biden's laptop was hacked for a state actor? Why was it handled 100% internally without any consultation from the FBI? It would seem that if they really put so much weight into what the FBI thinks, why not just ask them? And if they did ask them, what did they say?
