A lot of it breaks down to what's actually attainable working those jobs. 15 or 20 bucks an hour is fuk all.

In CC you learn the basics of the skill and then start at the bottom in a job. With on the job training, you learn the same things while getting paid. You also learn the skill the way the company wants you to do it. They don't have to train you to their procedures like they would after CC.
