Made a carrot pecan bread. Still cooling will cut and test later.

LOL'd poor legz. No a lot of people don't like pecans but I love them. I really wish I had some cream cheese because I think that would be so good on this. I'm gonna have to settle for butter instead.

Yeah pecans are good, but I only like them on dessert and dessert-types. I made a sweet potato casserole for Thanksgiving and it would have been bare without a layer of pecans on top, srs.
