Keep Bulking or Cut

Got super shredded, but tiny back in 2019-2020ish. Been on a 2 year bulk since. Gone up about 45 pounds. Keep going? Or is it time to shred down to make the baddies wet for summer?

Think that's true. My arms are strong, but not as strong as you would expect from arms this big. Could be some fat

Either lean gain, or keep on bulking. Why would you start cutting in the middle of the winter, you're not that fat.

well unless you're a manmore with like 8'' + wrists, at 5'10 you should sit around 176/180 at 10 or 12%
so you already got a long way to go from 206
fun act is you gonna end up as your start pic
