Shouldn't have posted your "start" pic. Gives away that you've hopped on gear. It's clear you have a small frame and don't actually have big arm genetics, so to put that much mass on your arms is pretty much a dead giveaway.

I mean I have no way of proving you guys wrong so its whatever. But in the start picture I had been pretty much starving myself and that was at the end of a cut that i took way too far. I had been lifting for like 6 years at that point. Arms pumped right back up after I started eating normally, got some carbs in, and got on creatine again

Nice job for a 2 yr bulk. I'd probably maintain at the moment, enjoy the holidays and start a cut after the new year.

You look great!

You were lifting for 6 years in the bottom pic? yeah you're not natty lol

No one suddenly makes that amount of gains after lifting for 6 years already. At 6 years you are pretty much maxed out of natty gains, like in the 94/95th percentile of what your body is capable of building

Between last year and start for aesthetics. Stick where you are for strength. Also not buying you're natty, don't go Liver King on us, nobody here cares.
All truth passes through three stages. First, it is ridiculed. Second, it is violently opposed. Third, it is accepted as being self-evident.

Gaining weight is the key. A lean natty lifter 6 years in can still make noob gains in a moderate caloric surplus. From what I've seen, anyway.

I'd say it's time you trim. You definitely look better in the middle photo of you more cut.

Sickening physique, by the way. Great work.

Yep. When you're depleted down to nothing, get back to a surplus and go the distance...good things happen.

I can't understand why this is so hard for people to wrap their minds around.

That's only assuming he was doing everything right during that time in terms of consistency, diet, and lifts.

He said that pic was at the end of a cut, he had already bulked before that pic.

lol @ noob gains after 6 years of lifting, plz go. Once you get your first noob gains in your first 1-2 years of lifting thats it, gains trail off after that and making progress gets progressively more difficult (diminishing returns)

You're not gonna lose that much mass on a cut. Idc how depeleted you are, the difference between depleted and full is not that significant.

I've seen plenty of natural bodybuilders to see how they look before and after.

Cope

Unless he was literally doing everything wrong before that, and I mean everything, the difference would not be that large. You sound naive srs. And thats coming from someone that fukd around for years before getting truly consistent

Yousound like you're really trying hard to rationalize and cope due to the likelihood that you've most likely never worked hard enough to make significant gains therefore anything significant is impossible to achieve. Posting from a fake alt trying to be someone else. Who cares if OP is gearing or not. He's built an impressive physique and probably mogs you.

Go the the gym, bud. Lift some iron. You might be less irate overall

I actually wasn't really commenting on his level. I'm pretty skeptical of anyone who's 5'10 and over 200lbs while fairly lean. I was just talking about the phenomenon of newbie gains in general.

Here is how it went for me:
Never touched a weight in my life early 2014

Couple months in

Couple years in

Dreamer bulk

Cut

and then got silly messing with Protein Modified fast and eating 900 calories per day. Then that takes us to the start picture at the beginning of this thread.

Here is a pump around that time to show my arms

And now you have seen where I am today. Start of 2014 to end of 2022

What? I've seen plenty of natural bb's through the years come off a show after being depleted down to nothing, go stupid crazy with their calorie intake and can gain 20 lbs back easily within the first few months if they're not careful. You'd have to be blind not to see that difference.

Go to 4:40, thats what he looks like when dieted down, shows the bulk to cut with a 40lb loss

Now i get it, after a show when you're depleted you gain a lot of weight back but you're not gonna gain true muscle in a significant amount, some of it is water, fat etc. Nobody is randomly gaining crazy amounts of muscles after being an experienced lifter

Right now OP is holding fat, water, etc...

To see the true gains made in the last 2 yrs, he needs to cut, get to the bodyfat similar to his start pic and there's your answer.

I'll let you all get back to it.

You're bigger than Zyzz, Chestbrah, Jeff Seid, Henry Cavill, Natural Graham, Matt Ogus and the first IFBB physique Mr Olympia

You also mog 3X Mr Olympia Frank Zane.

Congrats brah, you could have been Mr. O from 1977-1979 while natty.
