Scared to get HIV test please advice serious

I stopped taking my mediation and had a mental breakdown /episode where I had sex with 15-20 escorts without a rubber
They were not drug addicts but just low class girls that would offer it as extra

I tried to buy a hiv test (they are hard to buy where I live) but I ****ed the test up.

I neeed to get blood test at doctor but I am afraid I will have HIV and my l8fe will be over

Wha5 girl would date me?
Should I not get tested and just die of aids in 10 years?

I thought I had HIV. I had pretty much every symptom. Night sweats, Oral thrush, etc. Went to a free clinic and found out I had chlamydia. Just get tested. Its not big deal.
(these are my opinions i am not a licensed broker by trade)

You probably caught something, possibly hpv or herpes, but highly unlikely you caught hiv unless you literally had an open wound in your dick. Women can catch hiv if a guy cums inside them but as a guy your dick would need to be an open wound (like herpes going on) or very rarely the hiv can get in through the head of the penis if like you had a lot of vaginal fluids coming out. I had a giant (it hurt to move my head) mass growing on the front right side of my neck 7 years ago, went through almost a year of useless antibiotics until they actually removed it during surgery.

They never found out what it was, for sure wasn’t cancer is all we know. Anyways iam sure you’ll be fine I remember thinking I was going to die too when that shyt was going on.

Obviously yes. Just say you want a general checkup along with stds. You should get yearly labs anyway for baseline.
