Worried my heart rate too low

Lately when I'm laying in bed it's always high 50s
It used to be mid 60s

When I drink and wake up in middle of night still drunk its in the 80s

also normal it's because of dehydraton. 80's is actually pretty good for having alcohol in your system. lots of people go well over 100.

Brb I chill in the 50s awake, after couple cups of coffee.

Brb low to mid 40s at rest, lowest recorded 38-39Bpm.
