I get what he's saying but can you ever really take the bias out of these businesses? And given that they are companies and dependent on revenue from advertisers, how do you take the influence away from their advertisers to control and censor content? Simply put, I don't think we are set up where a corporation can ever really protect our freedom of speech - whether on their platform or elsewhere. We are set up where that corporation has free speech and freedom to control their content as they see fit... but we are not set up, nor do we have any safeguards for the reverse. Just my opinion.
