I’m starting to think they sent me gator after reading a couple comments here and looking at them. There aren’t any little dots where the pin feathers go like the ostrich skins I’ve had in the past. If that’s the case I won’t complain because gator is way more expensive than ostrich. I’m not real sure one way or another right now but they still look pretty good either way.

Yea my dad and uncle ended up splitting a 1/2 (originally it was supposed to be me), but I didn't have the freezer for it at the time. I paid and have some of it from my dad and just have stew meat left basically.
