Fasting is a psyop

The elites want you eating less so that there's more resources to go around. They fund the studies which say not eating is healthy.

It's becoming more of a trend again and was popular when religion was more common. People still do it in Islam, buddhism, and other religions

It was the elites of previous eras who founded the world religions which made hunger among other things a virtue in times when food scarcity was the norm.

Now that we're facing overpopulation and a lack of religion, fasting is being revitalized, reinvestigated, and backed by science, which is the new religious cult. Trust the science bro.

Meanwhile sperm counts and testosterone are decreasing at alarming rates and procreation is becoming frowned upon by those with higher educations. But that's obviously unrelated.
