I started raising boer goats, it has to be the best meat in the world. Compared to beef its more tender, has less fat, higher protein density and it takes seasoning so much better.

Quesabirria (also called quesotacos[1] or red tacos[2]) ("cheese birria") is a Mexican dish comprising birria-style cooked beef folded into a tortilla with melted cheese and served with a side of broth (Spanish: consomé) for dipping. Eater has described quesabirria as "a cross between a taco and a quesadilla." The dish, which has origins in Tijuana, Mexico, gained popularity in the United States through Instagram.
It's fuking heavenly.

the only type of food I can't imagine ever dropping out of my diet is pasta. I don't think I ever went a single day not eating a dish of pasta in 26 years of life. Id get seriously depressed without it, ded srs

I prefer a porterhouse roll smoked over mesquite for 2 hrs at 225 then removed from heat seasoned with Himalayan pink salt, coarse black pepper, chunk garlic and thyme, wrapped and tied then cooked as one would a prime rib. Once finished knocked into 2” steaks after sitting a half an hr. Most delicious dish in the history of man = smoked prime porterhouse, home raised 2 yr old steer of course.
Edit: with home made au jus as well as home raised chopped horseradish as well, can’t forget that. Au jus made from drippings, bone, rosemary, garlic, and thyme after smoking the bones have been in the smoker for 2 hrs is a legit game changer.

Either steak or seasoned roasted potatoes. You dial in the perfect seasoning and get the roast process just right (and there IS a process. More than "turn in air fryer") after that you'd be fine with anything that happens to you. Even open heart surgery with no anesthesia you'd be cool with if you were eating them. I've never tried it but I'm sure what I'm saying would hold up

There's some recipes online but it's a bit lengthy. But if I didn't have it near me I'd definitely make it and give it a try
