It's Friday - what are you training today?

Chest/shoulders/triceps over here, my favorite day. I look forward to it all week. Did some really brutal decline press early this morning. Pump of absolute peace.

What's everyone training Friday?

Happy weekend to all. Just snowed a ton here. Gonna make a snowman with a proudmanlet-sized ding dong (dead srs)

Basically same as OP.. Doing chest/triceps today, that's my favorite muscle category to workout which is why I have it exsclusively for Friday. Also did a cardio session this morn in the cold to get the juices flowing, the lifting will be this evening once I get home.
Height/Weight: Undisclosed to prevent possible triggering.

Did some HIIT cardio this morning. Might hit some arms tomorrow. Big leg day coming... Mountains are getting 1.5 feet of snow tonight& tomorrow, so I'll be breaking trail in snowshoes Sunday provided the storm moves out in time
