I think in 2022-2023 it's more like a 90-10 rule. 10% of men are having sex with 90% of the girls.....being a top 2-3% guy myself, I'm telling you man, girls make it pretty easy for me. That doesn't mean a 50th percentile man can't bag a 50th percentile woman, but he's gotta work really hard to do it, and she'll likely feel like she's settling for him. Honestly not a good deal for the man - he's better off self-improving or going to a non-western country and getting a traditional wife.

This trend is ONLY going to accelerate - for example, things are even getting a bit harder for me to SOURCE new girls, once I source them I'm fine....but I have ZERO social media, and it seems Instagram is the place to be, but I refuse to be on that dumb chit, so when I need to replenish my stable of side girls (I have a long term GF, so only deal with side girls when I travel) I fire up Bumble (I'm banned from Hinge and Tinder is trash-tier girls) and source my matches, but attractive / fit / quality girls are fewer-and-fewer even for me, but I think that's mostly due to the waters I'm fishing in, and I don't care enough to create a social media presence, it's not that serious for me.

The girls are going to continue to be passed around by higher and higher status dudes since the world is getting smaller and smaller - even a dude like me flies girls out, the last 2 girls I've dated on the side for were from Chicago and Oklahoma - when I'm in Vegas I fly them in, and they know I have a serious GF....they don't care, when you first realize this it's pretty mind blowing, they'd rather deal with a higher-status guy who has a GF KNOWING they are side-chicks, that date a bunch of 50th percentile dorks in their geographic area b/c getting flown out to Vegas a few times a year is way more exciting to them.

There are numerous women out there who would rather go on dry spells in between relationships because they find the experience of smashing randos empty. It's not true that women in the 50th percentile are all banging top 2%. It is quite hard for average men to get decent results online, I'll certainly acknowledge that, but it's hopeless at all.
