You have to see the big picture applied to a larger time scale.

1. On average there are 105 boys born per 100 girls. By default there will be 5 incels on every batch 105 of boys, this without any other factors added.

These technologies are just amplifiers of the human instincts and the reason for their lack of well being is how sexual selection works.

you're right, but missing the part that society used protect everyone from natural sexual selection for the good of society with norms and values that prevented it.
