It would take a long time to piecemeal all the information together, find out HOW you have to use it and in what order ETC.

The vidoes in there are actually made by people hired by tate for the people in the server, you can ask questions directly, and you're surronded by people making money doing what they've been taught.

Such is the life of a Corporate cuck. Hamstringed by HR and Legal these days.

I live and work in an "at will" state and when I was in a position of upper management (back in 2017) I still couldn't just fire people. Even if they clearly broke company policy and it was valid.

I specifically remember we had a guy no call no show for 3 days (fireable on the spot), then came in on the 4th, had no reason for it...just said "I couldn't make it in" he was a chit employee anyway and I was ready to fire him but HR says no..... so we wrote him up with for a "level 2 infraction"...not his first one of those...... and put him on a "Performance Plan"....basically he couldn't be late or have any other issues for 30 days or he would be fired. Was late 3 days into it.....said he got stuck in traffic, I wanted to fire him HR said, "reset his 30 days and give him a warning" so that's what I did. Halfway through his 30 days he got caught sleeping in the truck.......One of the other guys on the team took a pick of him and sent it to me. Ready to fire.....report it to HR and they tell me that "because I did not witness it first hand I was not able to take any action on it as the employee that took the picture may have fabricated it or if we fire the guy, the employee that took the pic may be in danger afterwards" Complete bullchit.

To shorten this story up....I worked there for about another 3 months and got out of management completely......and that guy (as of 4 months ago) still works there and apparently the whole team is worse now. now chit.
