Like you mentioned if someone even spent more than an hour online they'd be considered a nerd by the general population.

Yeah exactly nobody discusses anything original anymore it's just the same stuff that's been said thousands of times. It's like people are losing their uniqueness they once had or something. Just the same repetitive low energy everywhere you go now. Thing is in 2011 that wouldn't happen because there were so many high energy people that they would just prop everyone else up and there would be a strong community. Dudes don't even prop each other up anymore. I mean i can't remember the last time i saw that.

Yeah i feel like we are in a different dimension too. I mean i could see being addicted to this stuff for a while but we are coming up on a decade now and it's time to move on. I know i'm just completely bored of all of this social media chit. I think people are still addicted though they don't even think about self improvement or changing anymore.
Yeah, it's that killjoy energy/garbage lives they have (easily fixable). How can you be outside with a community if you're just awkward on your phone? They should've stayed indoors, all they do is take pictures to post as some kind of proof. The era of disposable cameras looked perfect, same with flip phones. Smart phones just piss me off a ton, it looks ridiculous. Clowns just walk around with tablets. Just 0 novelty. Everything is instant and everyone is lazy. Complete abuse of technology.

Yeah, everyone just looks mopey and low energy. Weird existence to accomplish nothing and look like copy and pastes of your friends/every guy out there. How can you live like that? You can hear it in their voice and nobody even smiles unless they're one of those "fake happy hippy fake strugglers" who post uplifting motivational posts everyday for pats on their backs. It sucks because I don't want to talk with these people despite having that outgoing/loud persona.

Exactly, definitely hopped in another dimension. I was looking at pictures of Kesha/Katie Perry/Pixie Lott/Tulisa/Gwen Stefani/Rhianna/Paris Hilton/Spice Girls/Jessica Simpson etc from the 2000s (nobody even remembers most of them somehow, weird), man they were super hot. Somehow now in 2022 they all look the same????? They all seem to have this dumb plastic surgery cake face rectangle eyebrow social media look. That started happening at around 2016 I swear. You cannot say it's an age thing, look how hot madonna/jlo looked in their 30s back in their era of pre 2010. Or any woman from that era who was like 30-50, just so hot. It's a weird era thing that brainwashed everyone. 20 year olds look worse than 60 year olds somehow. For guys it's just low energy and doing weird things while looking terrible. Plus, nobody even wants to achieve anything cool/out of the ordinary. 0 ambition.

Yeah, social media looked cool just to document your pictures online for keepsake/memories purposes, now gargantuan amounts of **** is shared like all day long. I don't understand the culture at all. I hope something changes, nobody even cares though.

Idk everywhere i go people are just looking at screens tbh. But like people aren't doing anything else. Discussing goals, hobbies, the meaning of life etc. Yeah what is the point of going outside if all people are going to do is look at phones lol. I've been trying to stay off mine when i go out but like you said it's that low vibe everywhere and everyone is plugged into them looking at them every few minutes anyways. I really don't know what happened to the hobbies. Does anyone know? It's like nobody even remembers how things were pre smart devices.

Speaking of low energy, all the guys we talk about were nothing like this. Zyzz, Hodgetwins, Greg Plitt, Paul Walker etc none of these guys had that energy. You didn't even have to be super outgoing but there was just a certain energy everyone had back then that made you want to engage in conversation. I never see it anymore. There are legit no guys like them anymore. It used to be called swag. I don't see it anywhere anymore. The Rock, Zyzz, Hodgetwins, Mike the Situation etc etc all had it. Wtf happened.

Yeah exactly Katy Perry/Rihanna was just 10 years ago yet nobody even remembers that style. It just vanished around 2013 with all of the other stuff. Everyone has the same fake social media look now.

That's all social media was 10 years ago was sharing memories of going places and chit. Nobody was on it all day vlogging and scrolling at pointless stuff. Definitely a different universe dude. I mean even gamer nerds from 20 years ago wouldn't be sitting there all day playing video games. They at least went out and did stuff. I really don't get it man. But nobody remembers how things used to be.

Not to mention i could go out in 2011 and instantly make friends because there were so many sub cultures and cool hobbies to talk about. First thing someone would ask is about the car or music. It was easy to socialize back then. You talk to people now and they will just mention their dumb social medias or an anime or something similar to that. Or politics. Jeez talk about a buzzkill.

Exactly that and despite the gym being for actual men, it's full of those low energy/0 ambition kinds of guys everywhere. I think the message/scene of the gym has changed a lot. Before it was all about getting ripped, looking your best and attracting women. Better yourself, make some friends, have a sick time and learn a thing or two. Now it seems to be a place where the regular population goes, filled with awkward people staring into phones and being low energy. Going there to fight demons/mental battles or something???? Even guys who are built up are still mopey/low energy, so the gym didn't really help them. Outside of gym they have 0 hobbies and scroll on their phone all day being the self inflicted kind of depressed.

I'm thinking of cancelling my gym membership. I don't know, even 5ish years ago when I started, the gym floor was a lot different. Now it's just filled with awkward clowns filming/looking like clones all in their same branded little pussy getups. Everyone is beyond antisocial anyways with their little wireless earphones in. Everyone who uses the equipment just wastes time on their phones between sets. It's a horrible scene and it's weird. How can you live looking like everyone else.

The pictures of guys like Greg Plitt/other guys (who may not even lift) around 90s-2010 all looked insane as 2nd nature. I saw a clown at the gym and he (yeah this was a full on 25+ year old guy) was taking pictures in the mirror for like 5 minutes. He angled his phone to take a picture and looked at his phone for about 10 seconds, repeated this little pussy cycle like 40 times. Lol???? It was definitely a **** picture anyways. All guys are like this, doesn't matter if they are 19 or 40 lol?? Men like Greg Plitt or steveo would take pictures at the most random angles 1 time and it would look epic. Guys are wimps now I swear.

Yeah, I used to think those women looked the best, especially Christina Aguilera. Everyone looked amazing, I was pretty weirded out when I saw Gwen Stefani today, 15 years ago she looked amazing and now she looks like a man with a billion face modifications. It's a shame, but whatever, their good music is still out there, new releases are all terrible. Rihannas new stuff is terrible. It just sounds so poofy/wimpy and pussified. The music videos look horrific, just weirdly poofy/rainbowy. Compare the pathetic **** now to this epic ****.

Not even going to bother to link the garbage in this era, it's just so soft/poofy and embarrassing. Songs just sounded much harder back then and they weren't even metal/clubland music. Just regular mainstream music that was awesome. She was also much hotter back then. Men could listen to this and they would still be cool/high energy and proper guys who did cool stuff. I can watch this video like 100 more times, so awesome, but the **** released now is impossible to watch for even 1 second.

That was an example with 1 singer, it's happened to everyone. It's so weird. It's a whole other world since 2012 I swear. Stuff used to be 2nd nature with ease, now stuff is terrible all the time.

Yeah, I don't even use my phone at all. I got a lot of the social medias quite early (like 10+ years ago), it was pretty good then. Now I don't bother. The culture is just such a time waste kind of hobby for people.

How does nobody even remember anything, stuff looked so laid back before but somehow it had the heaviest culture that looked hardcore as ****. The stuff now just looks silly, all rainbowy/pussified. Guys aren't even into cars/xtreme sports, now it's all low energy/half effort girly crap. Guys are all 30%bf. Lifters go for therapy sessions. People just don't move all that much, really weird. Everyone is so stale on screens 24/7 wherever they are. What is going on. Guys want to be indoors all day and avoid contact????

There's just nobody cool to talk to/hang out with anymore. I'd go crazy if I could hang out with any man/woman from 1990-2010, wouldn't care if they were fat/goofy cos they'd anyway be cool. Everyone had a charismatic strong personality. Just flat out cool/interesting people who did cool stuff all day as 2nd nature.

It's no surprise to me that people have 0 personality/low energy when all they do is play on their phone/social media and generally look like wimps.

Yeah i've noticed that too that gymcels now will go to the gym and do a couple deadlifts post it on social media and talk about their battles or whatever. People will post these motivational quotes all over their wall constantly. Idk nobody did this before we just went to the gym, dieted and made some gains lol. Let the work speak for itself lol. Yeah idk i don't think everyone is low energy at the gym but it just isn't the same vibe. I mean it used to be a place where you just went in to lift heavy catch up and leave. I can't recognize it anymore. It's more like a social hang out place now and not a gym. The whole purpose of it is to lift heavy and get results not stand around awkwardly for 2 hours barely doing anything filming videos for social media. It never was like this before. I've never went to the gym to post a video of my lifts. Unless you are repping 315 or something it's pointless. Even then i wouldn't think about it. The work would always speak for itself. Millions of more people go to the gym now than in 2011 yet i still never see anyone that looks like they lift. Makes zero sense to me i swear. Although i know to get big you either have to take roids or really push yourself. Something most people are not willing to do. It really is hard work.

Yeah i've mentioned it before but show me one fitness celebrity that looks and acts like Plitt or Hodgetwins without photoshop. I seriously do not think there are any personalities like that anymore. Everything has a more feminized/wimpy feel to it now.

Yeah i canceled mine 2 years ago. 5 years ago is when the gym culture really started to change imo like i said it's not recognizable now it's become a social hangout place where barely anyone lifts seriously.

Yeah none of the music now is like that Rihanna video it's all low energy depressing stuff that sounds the same. I mean nothing made in the last 7-8 years has that energy. It's cool that it was about cars. But nowadays i doubt dudes even talk about their cars in public they just drive around in their Focuses and SUVs lol.

it really boils down to the plain simple truth.

YOU are what you attract. The fact you are not finding cool people to hang out with simply means you are not as cool as you think. Sorry to break it to you but that's the fact.

Exactly, it's just illogical to act that way as a male. When I would say something that sounded girly around my brother ages ago, (like talking about a nice shirt for my mum or spice girls), he'd just punch me and laugh about me being a wimp. Simple as that really. Honestly when I would say unmanly things to my parents, I would think that should've been an inner monologue or something even though I'm talking to my mother lol. Guys now have 0 boundaries. Straight guys say the wimpiest/gayest things as normal man to man conversation at the gym, but to them that's masculine talk???? (Talking about in-depth social media clown talk, placebo high energy on a clearly low energy copy and paste person, weird creepy anime, political beliefs, awkward things they do in the day like struggling extra hard with simple tasks etc (men should be epic at any physical task)) This is all just entry level, not even close to when they're not talking to strangers.

I mean like anyone cares about those bullcrap low octane illogical topics. Someone would have to dare/pay me to say that weird dumb girly **** to a stranger. Talk about jackass/lifting/cars/epic hard music/xtreme sports/cool physical hobbies (not clicking a mouse all day), tribal tattoos, motocross etc. Actual normal stuff.

Yeah, guys have their phones out all day at the gym. Recording/photographing everything and basically nothing at the same time. Hopefully these idiots aren't tech savvy so their useless photos get corrupted.

Exactly. I watch old hodgetwins/yo elliott/greg plitt basically everyday. Just so awesome. The culture was so rich and full of energy. Honestly, watch any show on MTV before 2010, they're basically all amazing.

Yeah, that Rihanna video had strong car culture in mainstream music videos. Guys never talk about cars. The car videos on YouTube now are pieces of crap. Just low energy guys talking for like 45 minutes about basically nothing.

One thing I forgot about was drag racing. I used to watch crazy videos online all day, strong culture that is now non existent. They always had the coolest cars away from the actual drag cars.

So epic, listen to that ****, man, cars could only dream of being in that superior form. Guys would show up in their own rides to race, I swear this happened all over the world. Now guys don't have enough energy to race their SUV/Benz between traffic lights lol, retards. It's that killjoy 0 fun energy again.

You don't go to public gyms? Why? Also, I might cancel it because the near year is coming and the new years resolution clowns come flooding in.
09maaUaRT4M[/youtue]
Why do people put so much effort into wasting time like that. Such an unnecessary endeavour. People now just have 0 fun, I have no idea why most people are around. Since the begging of human kind there's always been something we've done to keep ourselves occupied, to have some kind of fun to make life interesting.

For the first time ever people don't want to do things anymore. Nobody has hobbies and all they do is scroll on social media/phones or some form of a screen. It's a waste.

Same 10 years ago if i said some awkward stuff i'd get bullied or people would tell me to man up lol. Definitely was no soy males around back then. I swear test levels have dropped 20% since then because barely anyone seems masculine anymore. Yeah the obsessions with anime, marvel, politics and stuff like that is just weird to me because nobody was like that in 2011. I never heard about any of this stuff irl until around 2013-2014 but it's all guys talk about anymore???? I mean dudes definitely aren't talking about getting jacked and heavy music or their cars anymore. It's just weird feminine energy to me.

Sense of direction just seems to be gone with guys nowadays. They seem lost. So they follow whatever their social media says, different politics or celebrities. Again it's just odd. Acting like a man was just second nature in 2011. First question someone would ask you was what kind of car you got or what your PR was or something. None of this weird stuff was being discussed back then.

Yeah people can't go 5 minutes without looking at their phones. Then repeating something they say from it. I hate being on my phone when i go places because usually when i go out i have something to do and i do it. I can save the screen time for later. People have forgot to do that. In the gym i swear people will just be looking at their phones more than they are even working out. It defeats the purpose of even going out. I don't get it.

Yeah how is it that i can still watch those informative hodgetwin/greg plitt videos but i can't watch any of this new stuff? All the videos are the same low energy now. Just talking about themselves for 15 minutes straight. Yet these dudes will have millions of subscribers. Again nothing productive there. It's just wasting time. In 2011 you'd get on forums and youtube and i swear half the content was original and informative for stuff like hobbies. Social media was more of a constructive place rather than a place to complain and gossip like now?

Yeah i remember back in the day everyone had a mazda, subaru, eclipse etc. I never see anyone with those cars anymore. They quit making the eclipse and turned it into an SUV. I just remember in 2011 i only had a ricer and pontiac and i always dreamed to have a muscle/sports car so i got one. But then not too long after that the whole car culture disappeared. It's weird man because i legit had dozens of friends that were into cars. That's how we met. Since 2015 i haven't heard anyone talk about except for a couple boomers.

Yeah i really don't know man it just seems like everything high test has disappeared. But it's like nobody notices it lol. I guess people are happy driving their 150 hp focuses lol

For me lifting and traveling is a big thing that gets me off my phone. I still do stuff. Everyone i know has just quit doing stuff though i don't get it.

What I don't understand is why nobody has that look/design of seriousness. Look at anyone 15-20 years ago and look how good they look as 2nd nature. It was like a 6th sense or something. Dressing to look genuinely cool and to attract likeminded people who wanted to be out all day to have fun. Guys just hanging out tuning cars or girls clowning in the streets, it all just looked flawless somehow. Not a single person looked weird/awkward or left out. This era is a joke because everyone just looks wimpy/unserious with 0 aggression. Nobody has that strong attitude, everyone acts the same and is addicted to being awkward/on phones. The dress scene is beyond pathetic, the advertising is horrific and I don't get how this all happened.

Look at all published stuff from the 2000s, it just looks too hardcore, stuff that I wouldn't have even thought of despite being into this ****. I swear the guys born in the 60s-early 80s designed the perfect world, geniuses who knew what was up and created epic stuff for everyone. There seemed to be an overload of culture from 1999-2011/2012, I mean look at the stuff we talk about on this forum. We have covered basically everything from kitted out supras to simpsons hit and run to jackass/skateboarding to lizzie mcguire to guidos to Kesha/Christina Aguilera to wwf/wsm/mma to goths/emos/greg plitt to dbz/endless dedicated forums/flip phones to epic spiked hair/f1/bikes etc etc etc. Somehow more etceras since there was so much. Not to even get started on the endless hobbies that everyone somehow had. People back then had 20 hobbies per person, now there's 0 hobbies per person and 100 imaginary issues. It's almost as if having an idle mind/staring into a screen all day/avoiding social contact/being awkward and dressing like a pansy clone copy and paste is bad for you????

What the heck exists now? Just ****ty versions of the epic stuff that released from 1999-2012. The clowns designing the **** now should just disappear and stop wasting resources. Entered a whole other dimension I swear.

Look at the high energy of this video. The people around steveo just look so alive and are itching to say something cool, look at how good they all look aswell.

What happened to that man, just pretty disappointed really. Everywhere I go there's just awkward retarded looking clowns dressed like wimps scrolling on a phone, back then nobody fit that criteria. Why? It's because they were naturally cool and didn't overthink anything unlike the awkward weirdos now.

EDIT: Yeah and look at what they did to the Impreza, looked more and more retarded since 2003. It's like stuff lost that spice/originality and somehow 1999-2011ish had it all built perfectly. Nobody has actual strong energy/a normal cool life where they do stuff that is similar to the guys back then.

Yeah idk what happened to that alpha attitude. Men used to greet you first thing with a waddup or just start talking chit to you and then you'd give it back them but it was just for fun. Nowadays there's none of that. Most dudes can't even string together a full sentence now without stuttering or sounding awkward lol. Dude even the nerdiest guys in 2011 were pretty alpha. I mean like they usually had cool hobbies/interests and would still talk some chit for the lulz. It isn't like today dudes will just start talking about rick and morty episodes or anime.

Yeah people just wanted to do stuff back then. And the phones or screens came later. Even if it was just hopping in the car and driving around blaring some music or going to lift or going fishing people were always out doing stuff. Idk how it went from that to being on screens 8+ hours per day and never going outside. Even during the summer people just sit inside on their phones all day.

Yeah exactly the average dude in 2011 had like 20 hobbies. Now it's 0-2 max. So there is no way to have any real conversation because of this.

The amount of consuming i see is crazy too. People will literally look at their phones for 4 hours on social media. Eat 6 times. smoke some cigs. Then play video games or watch tv for another 4 hours. Then the day is over and nothing was accomplished. And then people wonder why they are tired all the time.

The energy was just different back then because people were always out doing stuff and releasing endorphins. Now it's just quick dopamine hits from social media and food. But it doesn't last long like endorphins do when you actually do stuff and accomplish stuff.

Yeah I agree. Guys from before just seemed more enthusiastic/switched on. 0 awkwardness. Guys looked the part and played the part. Back then everyone was cool, now I can't seem to find anyone to hang out with.

The thing is, when I went out on Christmas Eve, everyone was still low energy/on their phones doing low effort stale tasks. It's like they were only leaving their house to force themselves into the "outdoor experience" for some unknown reason. Nobody was yelling and having fun, it was just groups of clowns awkwardly laughing at nothing with a phone in one hand and a glass of some alcoholic beverage in the other. Really weird stuff. It's so common to be like that now, how doesn't anyone realise they are doing the exact thing everyone else is doing. All dressed up the same/talking the same. I would go crazy and would rather not even be alive lol??

Nobody had that Christmas spirit. It sucks to see it. But really think about it, nobody really celebrates the other seasons properly too. I swear nobody did anything for Halloween this year.

It's surprising because nobody even notices it. I fully expected to go outside and maybe find 1 guy or 1 woman who was cool/away from their phones, but no, everyone is like that. It is a nightmare to live like this, nobody to talk with because their phone/looking like clones/being stale is 100x more important apparently.

Yeah, people are getting complacent with relying on how the system works. Being able to do basically nothing all day and make payments for infinite food in all forms/houses/items from anywhere on this planet with a manmade currency is unbelievable. Like it's pretty unfair for animals to be born to die on loop forever to support a much higher population of clowns. 12 years ago the food chain was stable because there was a ton less people and people were fitter/cooler/high energy doing stuff all day and everyone wanted to look good. Looking good = eating less. 12 years ago = people who achieved/enjoyed life, ie, resources to supply a life well lived. Now clowns just eat and eat like dumpsters just to be unproductive all day moping around all depressed. Waste of resources really. Like this life should be the dream for these retards, having it so easy like this.

They should really do away with the internet. It has ruined everything. Phones would then be reduced to calling/texting which is okay I guess, I mean that's what they were designed for in the beginning.

Exactly, nobody does mentally stimulating things and the clowns that do are incredibly unbalanced life wise. 2 hobbies is a joke. There's 24 hours in a day. You can do an absolute ton in 1 day. People would rather lay down on their phone scrolling through wierd mind numbing garbage.

2010 just had none of this. Culture was still releasing new on the scene and everyone was epic. Haven't met a cool person ever. It sucks. Wish there were just normal people out there still.
