If there will be an attack on Kyiv in 2023, it will be only by the Russian military most of all, but in at least 2-3 months min.

kh-22 are old and very inaccurate missiles, kh-32 also a very poorly new upgraded missile of kh-22. The russians have stopped using them. I have seen them in action, they came within 200-300 meters of the intended target, in Kiyv they hit residential buildings . Also in Kremenchug this crap hit a huge shopping center and killed many civilians (although the target was 500 meters away).

I dont think that a bridge for such kind of rockets is the best target. Especially in Kyiv alone there are 5-6 logistic bridges across the Dnieper, imagine how many such rockets need to be used to take out at least 1-2 bridges.Also take into account the success rate of the air defense system at the level of 70-80%.

The Russians also tried to destroy the bridge over the Dniester estuary in Odessa oblast five times in the spring and summer (about 20+ Onyx and kh 22-32 rockets hit). the bridge was only slightly damaged, despite all their attacks and weight of those rockets of 3 to 5 tons each.

They tried to fight in the style of World War II and Syria, dropping these bombs (fab500-1000) in February and March, but because of the high air losses they stopped doing it..


If it were February 24 and the start of the war + the surprise factor, panic, and unprotected borders, the Russians might have had enough of that 200,000 force to take Kiyv. The situation is very different now.
