Shoulder tendon is almost completely gone brahs. Neck pain every other week.
What are the best options here? Maybe just tech until I rip all these ****get tendons out of my body.

I’d recommend extra rest , no PRing , no fast pushes or pulls , and use naproxen sparingly.
This one’s the second most important, only use dumbbells for all pushing exercises,as a flat bar will kill your tendons .
Most importantly, go on no fap

i made a conscious choice to not maxx out and switch to volume training (30 sets/body part at 70%) in order to not hurt.
I had bad knee pain sitting in movie theaters, i had bad shoulder pain maxing at 405 for 3 and it wasn't worth it.
You can look good and not be miserable

Yep, thought so. Some impingement syndrome brewing probably. Try to let it heal. When doing upright rows or lateral raises, give a good lean forward which might help give space between the tendon and the acromion. The thing is inflamed. Want to keep working it to build it up. Rubbing it against the acromion will tear it down.
Incline bench can help build up the serratus anterior, which is important for backward scapular rotation when putting the arms overhead. This also helps with clearance of the acromion and the supraspinatus tendon.

Age is a hell of a drug.
I think the way people put together lifting routines can make a difference. If I'm running a bro split or full body I've always alternated my push and pull movements through my workout on that day. That way I'm not doing the same repetitive movements though the entire workout (I see people do all pull or all push for example,) which causes more wear and tear after years and years and makes recovery more difficult . If I'm off season (no shows or shoots,) I stick more to compounds and cut back on some of the isolation movements.
I guess all the OP can do at this point is lighten the load and work around it best he can.

Fuark. I thought you just get tendinitis and it heals or you rehab it right up
Outside of my elbow tendinitis I have a reverse bankart lesion/tear from 15 years ago, but I stopped having issues with it in college after getting more muscular and building up around it. Now my trap and neck are sore when laying down for a long time and you have me worried

Incline is without a doubt the most painful lift aside from OHP.

Stop lifting. Take time off. Start back lifting when pain completely gone. Stretch more and lift lighter weights. You cannot lift the same way in your mod 30s as you did 10 years ago.
Edit: just saw the post right above. Fuark it's over for you.
