Then she starts saying no, it’s to do with sleep habits, hormones, the types of foods you eat (gluten is bad), all this chit. I said that’s dumb af. Said to her if she was stuck on an island and started out fat, and was only surviving on eating one meal a day over a year, you don’t think she’d lose size? And then she went silent and started performing mental gymnastics. And she is still pushing her chitty diet advice she heard from some idiot Insta influencer.

I’m gonna dump this dumb sloot I swear on my life m8
The psychology behind this is that she doesn't want to lose fat.

At the end of the day, you are right while she has some poinst.

What will happen is that she will over complicate everything to the point where she will get exhausted trying to follow some diet, then fail.

Meanwhile, she could succeed at eating less food, but that would mean she would have to eat less food, suffer a little, and so on. She does not want to do that or else she would be doing it right now.

at the end of the day, it doesn't matter, you're pathetic. you're so desperate for attention that you made a brand new account to interact with people, even though this forum has shunned you multiple times. at least your made up gf's sister has friends she can vent to, which is clearly more than you can say

Those things influence your metabolic rate, meaning you burn more calories, hence impacting calories in vs. out. You ph aggots who try to boil it down to JUST calories in vs. out are often overlooking things that do in fact influence calories in vs out. It's not just how much food you eat like a lot of your retards who spout cals in vs. out seem to think.
"One day I won't be able to lift any more. Not I won't want to lift. I mean physically unable. That day could be decades from now or it could be tomorrow. All I know is that's the day I'll wish I could lift more than ever. The day I'd give anything for one more workout, one more set, or one more cardio session. So go hard and enjoy every workout, every set, every rep. Because one day you will wake up and you will never get it back."

if you lined up every marginal advantage and did all of them at once, u could in theory probably lose an additional 1/2lb to 1lb per week

but it ends up being such insanity that you could also just skip a meal (or be patient instead)

But a clarification is the opposite of your absolute language in the OP.

Words have meaning, and you went back on your initial claim.

Every word ratfish stated in his last post, I said long before him ITT. But you choose to agree with him.

You just don’t like the fact that you made an absolute statement that you had to walk back, or “clarify” if you prefer that term.

youre both right, its both but she is super skinny.

calories in vs calories out is over simplified. look at all the corns in your ****, your body obviously doesnt digest or retain everything. there is something that tells it to build fat or pass it out your ass.

I can’t believe I’m replying to this

FAT LOSS is cals in Vs cals out. So no, I’m not going back on anything

protein is relevant in the scope of people on here because we lift and protein = muscle mass. But she doesn’t lift, so she doesn’t have to worry about that

Stop being a smart ass. This is my last reply to you

We love you RF, but clearly fat loss is your Achille's Heel.

Weight lossis CICO, pretty much straight 100%. The thing of it is: Losing weight is fuking retardedly simple and anyone can do it; Optimizing that weight loss, however, that can get complicated.

Barring PEDS: Nobody loses straight fat. So, what is the ratio of lean mass to fat that you drop when you do the easy part of dropping calories to lose weight?

Now you get into the conversation about hormones, sleep, training, macros, adequate fats (which when you're below maintenance is very fuking important) and all the other important chit that CICO zealots without Avis do not seem to grasp. And you want to talk about the individual, because Porky sitting at 25%BF is not the same guy as someone leaner than the OP and sitting at 13% or lower, trying to cut those last few lbs and hitting constant walls, having their dicks stop working or running out of energy constantly with cravings b/c they aren't maximizing their diets and just think it's about adding or dropping more calories.
All truth passes through three stages. First, it is ridiculed. Second, it is violently opposed. Third, it is accepted as being self-evident.

JUSA has great points.

People with slow thyroids can gain weight.

Genetics play a part as well. I have family members who eat Taco Bell and Baskin Robbins all of the time and are thin women. Go figure. But everyone in their family is thin.

Some people I know are thin and never exercise and drink a lot of alcohol. It's all over the place but most people I know also have eating disorders.

Bodybuilders mix a special concoction of hormones and also the diet and training. Many eat 6x a day to prevent muscle wasting, although I know IF is popular on here. They also calculate macros and do cardio when they are doing contest prep. My trainer neve did cardio offseason.

When she developed a diet for me it caused me to get in the best shape of my life in my 40s. It's too bad that the diet was tough to stick to as the food didn't taste good at all. I could do it for 2-3 years but then I said screw it. I started doing her meal plan again in March but switched things around again recently because it's just so boring to eat the same thing every day.

IIFYM is bs, your body overtime creates "set weights" based on insulin response, blood sugar levels, and hormones. People like to go CAL IN VS CAL OUT IS ALL THAT MATTERS! But the body is an incredibly complicated set of systems overlapping and influencing one another.

Don't get me wrong, cals in vs cals out is a HUGE part of it, probably the most important part, but there are other factors at play for sure regarding meal timing, inflammation and hormone response, insulin response etc.

you know me, you always say im p3do even though I constantly explain to you smooth brains being attracted to a post pubescent female is not p3dofilia

And trust me I have chit genetics, I’ve trained with enough people to see the variations in different genetics. I just train balls to the wall and put 100% in, most people train like pussies

Listen to that dustinthehuss post, just reading her post you can tell she has absolutely 0 will power and trains like a dumb sloot. But she’ll blame it on some other variable like her genetics for her poverty build, JFL. Misc is full of men with a similar coping mindset
