Thugs/wannabes often travel in packs, without chicks. If 5 black dudes come walking up wearing the same color long tees I can almost guarantee they're going to be an issue. If you let too many of those groups in, they will be fighting with each other at some point.

Requiring them to be accompanied by a female cuts down the number of them allowed in. You have to FIND reasons to turn people away that you believe will be a problem before they come in.
