Can we please close misc up again?

Tired of the trolls, and ****brah, making threads for no other reason than to get people to respond. No 2022 user has made a quality thread, its all just pathetic butthurt individuals, upset about being banned.
Or at least stop them from making new threads.

I think the best idea would be to unban everyone, and close up the misc. Let them get another chance on their actual account, then have it come down to a misc vote if they should be perma banned.
