I’m 5’10 was 200lbs on the dot in avi pic, aiming to bulk to 220 at same body fat, currently 206. If I gave up on bb I’d have no reason not to just be an alcoholic.

Post a pic of someone (fully clothed) that’s mogging sub 200lbs at a normal chads height (5’10-6’2)

Idgaf how you look without clothes because most of the time you don’t walk around shirtless. For us chads (you can’t be a chad if you’re a manlet, so for anyone 5’10+) you need to be ballpark 200lb to mog

I can't seem to get to 200lbs and stay there. 6'3 & have managed it twice, i think.

Always drop back to 190 - 196 range. Feelsbadman.

All you have to do is wear fitted clothing that shows off your v taper.

you’ll look like you’re on your way but you won’t look like a mogger, there’s levels to this shii

200 or around there is when you’re entering mogger territory, it’s a good baseline

Wear a smaller shirt that fits well for starters. Secondly, low body fat greatly enhances your face, which is what women care about more on average than how jacked a guy is. A guy who is lean and lifts enough to at least have a V-taper will out mog a bloatlord powerlifter who brags about his "totals" any day of the week.

Obviously, if you either have the genetics for it or are non-natty and manage to be big and lean, that's the gold standard. For most guys though, it's not really achievable unless you go full autist mode about your macros, etc. That's also probably why so much of the misc is full of incels despite claiming to be jacked, tall, 7 inch dick, 6 figures, etc. For pulling, you either need to be elite status at one thing or you need to be extremely good at everything. The worse your genes are (i.e. in my case height) the higher the bar for "elite" you need to reach to get a pass for lack of natural talent.

I’m 200 lean at 5’11, face and jawline still pretty chiselled. It just takes time.

I’m around low 190s here. Perhaps the pic doesn’t do me justice but I’m big enough in clothes where everyone comments on my physique no matter what I wear. That is why the bar is set around 200

People have technically been able to tell I could lift since I was in the 170s but I wasn’t at that true mogger size. I can wear a shirt now and people can tell I lift instantly which wasn’t the case before. It doesn’t even have to be fitted. Same goes for a coat, people can tel I lift in a coat. This is why the bar is set around 200. You need to be big and lean as possible and that chit don’t happen when you’re some 165 ****. Yeah you can look good without clothes but who gives af?

Cope from bloatlords who want to make everyone get fat like them. At 5'11 190 I'm plenty big enough for 99% of women. Unless someone is 6'2+ there's no reason to be so big.

Sure if your goal is to impress other men. Sloots only care if you're a sub 160lb twink, past that it's diminishing returns.

I mean lowkey you’re right, but that comes at a price that men won’t fear you, and thus men won’t respect you. At 200lbs you just have more presence and everyone knows it (both men and women). I wouldn’t even move out of the way for someone that’s 175 srs.

You need to be big enough to intimidate other men but not so big to turn off sloots. Nobody is taking a chance and walking in the way of someone 200lb lean, it just doesn’t happen

Don't care what others think as there will always be haters on each side. Be please with what you see in the mirror is the real test. 6'4 3/4" barefoot 199 this morning. Abs are more defined now than in my avi at 204.
6'5" 210 lbs, 10.9% body fat

Disagree with me, fine; but before calling me a fraudster click: https://forum.obnoxiousbrutes.com/showthread.php?t=185252663

Dude, no offense but I feel like this is all super exaggerated misc fantasy. Most guys I know are either skinny fat twinks that can barely rep their (low) bodyweight on the bench press at best. These are also dudes that claim to be "into fitness" and are generally ambitious/know the importance of being in shape. Let's not even get into all the Average Joes who are 200+ lbs and spend their weekends eating pizza and drinking beer while watching football all day.

For perspective, I'm currently 5'7, 155 lbs and pretty much everyone notices I lift, including most guys. I'd obviously be a nobody if I hung around powerlifters/bodybuilders in terms of strength or aesthetics, but that's not 90% of the people you'll encounter IRL. Unless you're around a bunch of D1 athletes, most peoples' lives are like this:

M-F: Wage slave and order takeout for lunch/dinner. They'll also choose to eat crappier menu options on average because they need "variety" in their meals. Oh, they also can't make it to the gym, besides maybe a 30 min run at 5mph because "work's been a grind this week".

Sa: Hungover after binge-drinking last night. Potentially rallying so they can day drink at the pub and "catch the game" with their friends

Su: Starts getting their chit together a little bit and maybe does some groceries, goes to the gym properly for 1 day, etc. if they're ambitious. If not, it's NFL redzone for 8 hours.

This is probably 80% of people I know, and that may actually be an underestimate. Again, unless you're hanging around D1 athletes or exclusively giga chads, I find it very hard to believe that most dudes wouldn't notice you lift if you actually are 190 lbs and lean.

Bro, I already stated a few posts that people could tell I lift from mid 170s, I could wear a fitted t shirt and I'd get a few comments. Now I can wear anything and people just know. Like I said, levels to this shiii

If you went to a festival or a bar, nobody would fear you. I'm not saying that to be an *******, I'm just saying objectively.

When I go out and chit goes down and theres an argument, people think twice about their actions when I come along, and I'm not even big. For someone like tristan tate that is like 6'4 and 240lbs then yeah he'll have that true mogger prescence

somewhere in the 190s is probably the minimum IMO when youve reached mogger status

Like I said in the other thread, I feel like I peaked in the pic below at 180cm and 83kg (5'11 and 183). Recently weighed myself and I'm 91kg (200lb) exactly. I have bigger arms but look way more dadbod.

There's ways for you to be the center of attention (which is probably all that matters if your main goal is clout/picking up women) without being the biggest meathead in the room.

5’10” and the most I’ve ever weighed was 180. I was lookin a bit chunkier then, so I’d never want to go over 175 again tbh. Probably best off hovering 170

I'd be 190-200 lbs even if I never lifted.
Once they are past 35 nearly every non lifting guy is over 200.

All these bloatlords taking pride in how hard they train and meanwhile sloots in the office can't distinguish them from the guys who haven't done a minute of exercise in the past 20 years.

Bloatlord... lol. 15% bodyfat. Prob a few points lower.

Yea.. they can't tell the difference between someone who's been lifting for 25 years and eats healthy, and some fat ass sitting behind his desk eating chips, pizza and sucking down sodas to go home to his fat wife and netflix or his parents basement to play video games all night while stuffing his face with the same chit he eats all day.
Maybe thats why women half my age are hitting on me all the time.

I am 6ft and happy with 220lbs. Wouldn't want to weigh less than 200 whilst lifting, but wouldn't want to be 240+ if my bf is 30% upward. I got to 260 or so in 2014, but had a big waist, belly, hardly any def. I feel better now.
