This. My Chase Sapphire Reserve has an option where I can pay down larger purchases over time with no interest as well so even if I can't pay it off in the 60 days no-interest period, I just use that. I have a CapOne card that has a 20% APR I think? I was kind of surprised that I got such a chitty rate because I have good credit but the cashback for that card is pretty sick (up to 5% in some cases) so whatever.

helps credit score tho if you use it correctly

also, if you purchase something from a firm with the credit card and you get scammed or something the bank is really enthusiastic about getting the money back as it is still their own srs

They are good if you aren't retarded. Pay it off every month in full and it's basically a debit card that gives you points. I earn like 3 round trip flights a year and have never missed a payment.
