Considering I don't waste time on Reddit, Twitter, social media etc. , It doesn't bother me too much. Plus I make sure to read, learn a language and invest time into my hobbies. I'm happy with the balance I have. If I hated this place and didn't have the self control to leave I'd be embarrassed
