Everyone itt despite their views full well know sanctions are impacting Russia's economy.

The absolute facts are the west attempted to cripple Russia and it has not worked. Global South Alternate fuel sales backed Russia's survival. It proves an economic divorce from the west will not impact Russia in its desired attempt; the forecasted -15% GDP and collapse of Russia.

Yes clearly China and Russia care nothing about green energy. That's why China spends more than any other nation on it and Vladimir Putin has pledged to go to zero emissions by 2060. Rejection of the green agenda and denial of climate change definitely isn't just an insane construction of the American Republican party to defend the interests of oil companies.
