I think that's the funny thing about "dangerous activities" like motorsports that people love to demonize, if you're good at them you're far more likely to die just doing something that people don't think much about, like ski trips and air travel.

It's like we keep obsessing over new ways to dumb down and sterilize everything in the name of safety, when you're still just as likely to ever to die doing whatever.

Oh no.... this really sucks. What a legend. Didn't know he was 55. Dude had a good run.

Says he was going up a steep slope when the front end came up and fell back on him. You know that wasn't some regular snowmobile and you know he wasn't gently putting it. No doubt, balls to the wall full throttle. Guys like him, they usually don't have a sense of fear like most of us where they actually worry about their safety. It's what makes them great but it's also often their demise.
